Nitish Debnath

Professor Nitish Debnath plays an important role in advocacy for the Hub through organising policy dialogues and meetings with One Health stakeholders to disseminate research findings for policy change. He has chaired One Health Bangladesh since its foundation and has led 10 One Health conferences. In the Hub, he is contributing to establishing effective communication with communities, including professionals, farmers, traders and consumers, with the aim of preventing and controlling avian zoonoses and of rational use of antimicrobials. He is Team Leader for the Fleming Fund project in Bangladesh.
